What’s your return policy?
We currently don't offer returns and exchanges as every order we fulfill is custom-made once the orders are placed. If however, there is something wrong with your order, let us know via designsprintluxe@gmail.com immediately within a week of order delivery date. We'll get it sorted it out.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that received wrong item(s) or damaged item(s). If any of these apply, please contact us via Contact Us page or email us at designsprintluxe@gmail.com, include your order number along with photos and details of the issue(s) within 5-10 days of order delivery. We’ll sort that out for you.
Be sure to wait for our team to respond to your request with further instructions before returning any item(s) to our warehouse. Your item(s) could be deemed "unclaimed" without prior confirmation which could incur additional charges for re-stocking/storage/re-shipping fees.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color/style?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges for size, color or style changes. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled from the manufacturer. If that’s the case, please let us know at designsprintluxe@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
